Our customer success team strives to be present for the seller every step of the way. The team is always ready to support and provide some valuable advice: the aim is to make car selling as effortless as possible.
The customer success team’s most common tasks include helping the seller create a sales ad, price their car and negotiate with the buyers. If a tricky situation arises, the team is alert and ready to solve the problem.
Our customer success team is always listening to any valuable feedback and taking it forward. At AutoVex, cooperation across different teams is an important part of the job.
To make all this happen, we have managed to form a great team pulling the strings. Our customer success team consists of some of the friendliest and most helpful people at AutoVex and we are very proud to present the team!
Kasper, Customer Success Associate – Making a difference one deal at a time
Kasper has worked at AutoVex the longest out of the whole customer success team and he is the senior of the team.
Kasper has previous experience in young, growing businesses as well as the car industry which makes him a real expert.
Kasper especially appreciates the opportunities for advancement and growth that AutoVex offers. He also enjoys the flexible and independent nature of the job.
I think the most important thing in this role is to understand people and support them through the car-selling process. The will to communicate is the key! The goal is to find solutions for customers through consulting them carefully.
Favorite thing about the team: Everyone has a passion for what they do. We all want to make a difference and develop the industry for the better by sharing information, one deal at a time. It’s great to see the team learn together!
Fun fact about me: I sold my very first car when I was only 17. My father has long experience in the car industry which made me also take interest in cars.
My hobbies: I like to go to the gym. Music is also very important to me in my everyday-life.

Kalle, Customer Success Specialist – Achieving success with skilful negotiation
Kalle has an important role taking care of the unfinished and rejected car deals. He negotiates with both the seller and the buyer and works towards finishing the sale.
Kalle has a strong background in real estate and has years of experience in customer service and negotiating. When he saw the job opening, he was intrigued by AutoVex as a company and excited to explore a new field.
I enjoy the dynamic work environment at AutoVex. The days vary a lot, you get to toss new ideas around and really improve things. Achievements are appreciated by customers as well as team mates.
Favorite thing about the team: Everybody comes from different backgrounds which leads us to have many viewpoints inside the team. This makes you learn new things.
Fun fact about me: I used to be one of the youngest real estate agents in Finland! I am ambitious and hard-working as a person.
My hobbies: I like sports, especially going to the gym and playing golf and padel.

Eemeli, Customer Success Specialist – Positive attitude leads to great encounters
The most recent addition to the team is Eemeli. His main tasks revolve around communicating with customers through chat, email and phone.
Eemeli has a lot of experience in customer service and knows how to handle even the most tricky situations. He thinks that a positive attitude goes a long way.
The best parts of Eemeli’s days are successful encounters, happy customers and positive feedback from both customers and the team.
My job at AutoVex allows me to combine two passions: customer service and cars. I genuinely enjoy helping people in their car-selling process and making their experience great!
Favorite thing about the team: I appreciate the fun and relaxed but also professional atmosphere that we have within our team.
Fun fact about me: Even though communicating and consulting is my main responsibility, I am also sales-driven and enjoy challenges. At my last job I was the youngest person to win a sales competition which I am proud of.
My hobbies: I enjoy playing tennis, golf and darts, skateboarding and jogging.
