⭐️About the role

In this role you support COO as a part of the insights team in executing on the growth ambition of AutoVex by delivering sound insights, recommendations, and execution/implementation in defined areas. You will get to dive deep into processes, tools, CX, and data to develop hypotheses for identified opportunities and challenges to be tested to drive value for AutoVex. You will act as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders providing analytical, structural, and operational support to ensure we  engage the right activities, execute plans effectively, and scale efficiently. You will also have the opportunity to take further ownership in developing operational processes and tools together with our technical teams.

The role requires a blend of business understanding, analytical skills, and process understanding but offers a unique opportunity to get a broader perspective to service development. You will be working closely and reporting to the company COO responsible for business development and leading growth initiatives across different teams.

💻 Responsibilities

• Business analysis to identify opportunities and challenges in finding the key drivers of growth ensuring data-driven decision-making in service design especially within product and operations management
• Lead the business requirements gathering working as a bridge in between operational teams and technical team
• Participate in and conduct recurring and ad hoc business reviews delivering clear and actionable insights with structured presentations

Together with product and operational teams make our marketplace experience as
seamless as possible for our customers

🎯Skills, knowledge, and expertise to succeed

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field and experience working with analytics,
  business development, and/or strategy with end-to-end project exposure preferred
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping and modeling, and documentation
• Strong analytical skills with a capability of understanding business needs and the “why”behind the numbers
• Experience in data analysis and extracting actionable insights from complex data sets
• Product and process focused mindset with the ability to support and work as a manager in different initiatives with both technical and operational teams
• Attention to detail with a structured and driven approach
• Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English with the ability to present data in a clear manner to influence diverse audiences from specialists to executives
