Today, we’re excited to share the inspiring career story of Kasper, one of our key team members who has risen from a Customer Success Specialist to a leadership role. He has left a lasting impact on our customers, processes and company culture. Kasper is a great example of professional growth that we encourage at AutoVex!

The beginning: a perfect match in 2022
In October 2022, Kasper was looking for a fresh challenge – a role that would offer him the opportunity to grow. That search led him to AutoVex, where a position in Customer Success seemed like the perfect match.
“The role was my opportunity to explore a fresh direction. I already had a strong connection to the automotive industry, thanks to my family background, and the chance to combine that experience with customer-focused work sounded ideal", says Kasper.
At the time, the team was small, consisting of four people. Much of the work involved raising awareness about AutoVex, building its brand and guiding customers. The team’s mission was to lay the foundation for long-term success.
New opportunity brought new responsibilities
Over the following year, Kasper’s dedication and skill didn’t go unnoticed. A promotion to a new role came with new opportunities and responsibilities. Beyond customer success, Kasper began taking on internal projects across Finland and Sweden.
“I developed email automations and contributed to onboarding initiatives. I was also able to create a chat service and train team members to use it,” Kasper recalls.
This transition enabled him to move also beyond customer-facing work and into project-based responsibilities. “This allowed me to tap into previously unused skills, particularly in process development and team training,” he explains.
With each task, he gained confidence, earning trust and taking on increasingly pivotal roles within the organization.
Leadership and strategic impact
As AutoVex grew, so did Kasper’s career. His next step was a move into team leadership, shifting his focus from day-to-day operations to broader strategic planning.
“I began overseeing the team’s well-being, holding regular one-on-one and group meetings, and ensuring alignment with company goals. Transitioning into leadership felt like going from being a player to becoming a coach,” Kasper says.
In his new role, Kasper excels at filtering feedback from various sources to chart the best path forward. His ability to support the team while focusing on the bigger picture has become one of his defining strengths.
“Kasper has left his mark,” says Anna, our People Lead. “It’s inspiring to see how he’s combined personal growth with company success, shaping both our team and our brand.”
Energy from balanced life
Outside of work, Kasper finds energy in routine and balance. Sports and culture play a central role in his life.
“I keep myself active through various forms of exercise, which provides the perfect balance to my professional life. Walking to work each day gives me energy, while immersing myself in a good book offers both relaxation and inspiration,” he shares.
