Our Sales Advisor team – Personal support to car-selling
AutoVex is all about making car-selling effortless and stress-free for everyone. At the heart of this mission is our dedicated Sales Advisor team.
Launched just last August, this team has quickly become an integral part of our service, offering sellers personalized guidance throughout the process.
But how did this all come together, and who are the faces behind the team? We interviewed two team members, Aino and Toni, to get behind the scenes!
Redefining customer support
Before the Sales Advisor team, our customer support focused primarily on general inquiries. Now, with Sales Advisors on board, we’ve taken support to the next level by also offering proactive, tailored assistance.
“Our goal is simple,” says Toni. “We’re here to make selling a car as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Every seller is different, and we aim to tailor our approach to each person’s needs.”
The team has quickly grown to seven talented individuals. From helping sellers optimize their car listings to explaining pricing strategies, the team ensures a seamless experience.
“For us, success isn’t just about the numbers,” explains Aino. “It’s about knowing that sellers feel supported and confident throughout the process.”
What does a day in the life look like?
The work may follow a routine, but no two customer interactions are the same. Sales Advisors spend their days talking with sellers, helping to improve listings and providing tips to make their cars stand out in the market.
The team concentrates on explaining pricing strategies, offering alternative solutions when needed and ensuring that the overall sales process is smooth and stress-free. To stay aligned and motivated, the team holds regular check-ins, such as Monday planning sessions and Friday wrap-ups. Casual daily chats and monthly one-on-ones ensure that no one is left feeling stuck or unsupported.

In just a few months, the Sales Advisor team is reaching over 70 % of sellers. Their ambition for 2025? To offer this level of personalized service to 100 % of AutoVex users.
